QUOTE_AUTHENTICITY — fake/floating quote policy (Henry Ford)

Statuses

• verified_primary — verbatim (after whitespace normalization, case-exact) in
  the ingested corpus (sources/mylifeandwork_pg7213.txt).
• reported_by_ford — a quotation or paraphrase Ford puts in his own text
  (Emerson, a bank officer, «parlour experts»). Verbatim in the corpus, but the
  words originate elsewhere; Ford endorses or answers them by citing them.
• verified_secondary_only — attested in Ford's other works, interviews, or
  scholarship, but not in the ingested My Life and Work corpus.
• popular_but_unverified — circulates as «Henry Ford said…», no edition trace.
• misattributed — verifiably not Ford, or not from this book.
• out_of_corpus_bigotry — the antisemitic material from the Dearborn
  Independent / International Jew. Real Ford, but not in this book and
  not this KB's corpus; see below.

The antisemitism boundary (hard rule)

Ford's antisemitism is documented and real — but it lives in the Dearborn
Independent articles and the International Jew pamphlets, not in My Life
and Work. This KB is the doctrine of this book. Therefore:

• No blockquote in this vault comes from the bigoted corpus; the verbatim gate
  only matches mylifeandwork_pg7213.txt, so importing that material is
  structurally impossible here.
• A RAG query that tries to source Ford's antisemitism from this KB gets
  NO_RELEVANT_KB_EVIDENCE plus a pointer to the corpus boundary: it is real,
  documented Ford, but out of this corpus (out_of_corpus_bigotry). Do not
  launder it through the productive-service doctrine, and do not deny it exists.

Verification rule

A quote candidate is matched (whitespace-normalized, case-exact substring, with
a one-mark quote-wrapper strip fallback) against the English corpus — My Life
and Work is our single ingested layer. RU renderings are «перевод наш» and are
